Haskett
has over thirty thousand photos and drawings.He bought his first camera at age fourteen,a Rollie Reflex 120 film
camera in 1962
Patrick Haskett learned to draw from his mother, the noted California artist Pearl Haskett,
who was trained at the Chouinard Art School, in Pasedena,CA and was a modernist watercolorist. After serving in the US Army
as an official Army Artist (81E) and soldier, Haskett was trained at the Cornish College of the Arts, Seattle, 1970 through
1973; where he studied painting,sculpture, and photography with important artists Paul Heald, Charlie Stokes, Guy Anderson,
and Bill Cumming among others.

Haskett's forty years of painting and photography,
photo silkscreens, national award winning experimental image transfers, and photo etchings has now evloved into large 4 x
5 foot serigraph prints and 6 x 8 foot oils.
